FAQ

Is there a charge for the reservation?
No. Booking and attendance are free of charge, but capacity is limited.

How do I book?
Through the MEAM website, in the Agenda section. The booking form lets you specify whether you are reserving for one or two people.

What does the reservation include?
Access to the exhibition and a complimentary drink. The presentation ceremony in the Sala Noble is reserved for guests of the artist and the museum and for MEAM Friends Card members, and is not included in this reservation.

What time can I enter?
The event runs from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Entry is allowed from 7:00 pm until 7:30 pm. After that time, no further entry is possible. Access before 7:00 pm is not permitted.

Can I come on another day or at another time?
No. The reservation is valid only for the day and time slot of the event.

Is the ticket personal?
Yes. It is named and valid for one person, unless you have booked for two.

What if I can’t attend?
The ticket is cancelled if the guest does not attend. Please let us know so we can release your place.

Is there a cloakroom?
No. Large bags, umbrellas and backpacks are not allowed.

Can I take photos and videos?
Yes. Please note that the event may be filmed and photographed by the museum for communication purposes.

Is the museum accessible?
Yes. Please call us in advance on 933195693 so we can prepare your visit, as the lift may occasionally have issues.

2. Free of charge. Booking and attendance are free.
3. Named ticket. The ticket is named and valid for one person, or for two if indicated when booking.
4. Validity. Valid only for the day and time of the event. Entry is permitted from 7:00 pm until 7:30 pm. No further attendees will be admitted after that time.
5. Scope of access. The reservation grants access to the exhibition and a complimentary drink. It does not include the presentation ceremony in the Sala Noble, which is reserved for guests of the artist and the museum and MEAM Friends Card members.
6. Cancellation for non-attendance. If the guest cannot attend, the ticket is cancelled.
7. Access rules. There is no cloakroom. Large bags, umbrellas and backpacks are not allowed.
8. Image rights and data protection. The event may be filmed and photographed. By attending, you accept that your image may appear in the museum’s communication materials. Data provided when booking will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
9. Accessibility. Please call in advance on 933195693 so we can prepare your visit.
10. Changes. The MEAM reserves the right to modify the programme and schedule, or to cancel the event.
