Thanks to the extensive career of this blues-rooted duo formed by brothers Santos and Víctor Puertas, The Suitcase Brothers have achieved recognized prestige both nationally and internationally, thanks to their enormous talent and undeniable quality.

After being awarded in 2013 as the second best acoustic group at the International Blues Challenge, a worldwide blues competition held in Memphis (United States), competing alongside bands from all over the world, the Puertas brothers have continued to receive admiration and support from musicians and audiences alike.

In 2014 they won first place in the competition organized by the Piedmont Blues Society in Greensboro (North Carolina). This allowed them to participate again in the 2014 International Blues Challenge, where The Suitcase Brothers were finalists among the top 8 groups out of 101 bands from the United States and the rest of the world competing in the solo/duo category.

Víctor Puertas’ harmonica and vocals and his brother Santos’ vocals and guitar complement each other in a way only two brothers can achieve. Their harmonies and unique sound allow both the most demanding connoisseurs of roots music and those perhaps listening to blues for the first time to enjoy a journey back in time, to an era when music was performed to bring joy and leave behind the problems of everyday life.

• All tickets include access to the exhibitions, the concert, and one beer. You must arrive between 5:00 pm and 5:50 pm!

• Drinks are not allowed inside the concert hall.

• If tickets are no longer available online, they may be purchased at the museum’s box office depending on availability. In this case, it is advisable to book in advance by calling 933195693 or by emailing taquillas@meam.es

• Seats are assigned according to the order of reservations. No seat changes will be possible once assigned.

• Access to the concert hall will take place from 5:40 pm to 6:00 pm. Once the concert has started, entry will not be allowed.

• The exhibition can be visited either before or after the concert, bearing in mind that the museum closes at 8:00 pm.

• The exhibition tour lasts approximately 45 minutes.

• Showing the voucher or booking on your mobile phone is sufficient; no printing is required.

• The museum reserves the right to cancel unpaid reservations 5 minutes before the concert begins. For this reason, we recommend arriving at the box office 30 minutes in advance.

• For tickets purchased in advance: after 6:00 pm it will not be possible to request a refund. If the ticket holder has not notified, prior to the concert, their delay or inability to attend, the tickets may be reassigned to another visitor from 6:05 pm onwards.
