    Elia Casanova Martí, soprano

    She was at the Top Conservatory of Music of Valencia under the tutelage of Consol Rico. In 2014 she obtained the first prize of the Contest of Singing of the International Festival of Musical Antigua of Gijon.  As soloist she has operated along the Spanish geography, Portugal, France, Italy and Czech Republic with groups like Capella de Ministrers, Harmonia del Parnás, Capella Reial of Catalunya, the choir of new creation Montsalvat, L'Arcàdia or the duo Alamire, realizing assemblies like the "Our Lady Glorifying" of Bach, the "Requiem" of Cherubini, “Membra Jesu Nostri” of Buxtehude, “Stabat Mater“ of Pergolesi, “you Rejoice Retire" of Mozart, “Il Campanelo“ of Donizetti or “Dido and Enenas" in Belinda's role. It has taken part in diverse festivals like the Festival of Musical Antigua of Peñiscola, the Festival of Historical Organ of León, the Festival of Musical Antigua of Gijon, Gois Oroso Art, the Cycle of Chamber music and Valencian Vicent Garcés of Faura, Festival Monday Concert of Castellón, the Feslida, between others. Also she collaborates assiduously with the groups of ancient musician Amystis Coro of Chamber and Victoria Musicae, realizing diverse recordings of Valencian baroque repertoire as the "Lamentations" of J.B. You eat, the “vocal Work” of cabanilles, “La Gloria Musical of the Baroque”, “Llum Musical Xativina” for the Foundation of La Luz of the Images, and the record stamps Brilliant Classics and Guido's.

     She had been a director of diverse choral groups of the Valencian Community. In 2010 it obtains the Diploma in Recovery and Transcriptions of the Valencian Sacred Musical Patrimony for the Catholic University of Valencia. The versatility of her voice allows her to include also, many different styles.

     

    Alfred Fernández, vihuela

    He is born in 1970 in Barcelona. He studied classic guitar with Jordi Codina, Manel González and Fernando Rodríguez. Later he specialized himself in ancient instruments of touched rope: vihuela, baroque guitar, lute, etc. Self-educated, he has received councils of prestigious teachers as William Waters, Rolf Lislevand, Paul O'dette or John Griffiths. He has three CDs as soloist published. These works have received excellent critics in magazines specialized like Répertoire, Him of the Musique, Gramophone, Goldberg, Scherzo, Rhythm, Lute Society Magazine, etc. His last CD as soloist has been rewarded with 10R of Répertoire. He has played like soloist in Spain, Holland, France, Germany, the United States, Belgium, Greece, Morocco, Brazil and Italy. He has realized recitals of vihuela and lute in prestigious festivals of ancient music and of guitar like: Laus Polyphoniae (AMUZ, Antwerp, 2012), Oude Muziek Utrecht (Utrecht, 2008), MA Brooklyn (Bruges, 2000), Festival Inernacional of Lute (Füssen, Germany, 2010 and Utrecht, Holland, 2013), Festival Guitarrísimo of Munich, Festival Guitarrísimo of Sao Paulo, Festival of Musical Antigua of Úbeda and Baeza (2008 and 2012), etc. codirector of the group Is “The singing of the caballer” or specialized in Iberian Renaissance music and with that he has played in Portugal, Holland, Belgium, Austria and Germany.
