We invite you to discover "The War Continues: Helnwein & Goya" through a special guided tour. The exhibition brings together at MEAM Francisco de Goya and Gottfried Helnwein, two artists separated by more than two centuries yet united by the same uncompromising gaze on human cruelty.

During the tour you will discover the keys to this encounter: how the Spanish pictorial tradition and contemporary hyperrealism speak to each other, how both artists turn the denunciation of war into a harrowing experience, and why their images remain so relevant today. You will learn to read each work with a deeper eye, attentive to its context, technique and meaning.

Advance booking is essential. Bookings can be made until 6:00 pm on the preceding Friday. Places are limited.
