Julio Lobos is a keyboardist, singer, songwriter, performer, arranger, and music producer. Since 1978, he has been a member of or collaborated with the Carey Bell Blues Band, Manu Chao, Boney M, Afrika Bambaata, P.P. Arnold, Lluis Llach, Los Rebeldes, Sopa de Cabra, and Big Mama & The Blues Messengers, among more than 200 groups and an extensive discography. He has shared the stage in bands or jam sessions with Jimmy Page, Raimundo Amador, Gary Grainger, Gregory K. Grainger, Bruce Dickinson, John McEnroe, Julian Vaughn, Javier Mas, Raynald Colom, Carles Benavent, Fermin Muguruza, and Lluís Coloma, among others, having performed in over 4,400 concerts across 39 countries.
A professor at the Taller de Músics in Barcelona (Rock Department), he has developed a music education project for schools, in addition to organizing the Afro-American Music Workshops in Altafulla aimed at keyboardists. In 2015, he recorded a solo album during a live concert at the MEAM’s main hall.
An artist full of energy, dedication, and emotion who, at every concert, communicates and shares his passion for music with the entire audience.Leo Cayuela was born in Barcelona and raised in Caracas. After spending twenty years away, he returned to his hometown. He is dedicated to the blues and, more specifically, builds his own “cigar box guitars.” Playing these unique instruments, he masters styles such as Piedmont, bottleneck slide, and country blues, among others. He has released several albums, including “Blues In The Box,” and his latest work, an acoustic album recorded under his own name titled “Déjala Caer.”
For this special occasion—and without setting a precedent—the two musicians are joining forces to present an authentic and exclusive blues concert that is sure to remain etched in the audience’s memory for a long time to come.

- All tickets include access to the exhibitions, the concert, and one beer. You must arrive between 5:00 pm and 5:50 pm.
- Seats are assigned according to the order in which bookings are made. Once seats have been assigned, changes will not be possible.
- Access to the concert hall will take place from 5:40 pm to 6:55 pm. Once the concert has started, entry to the hall will no longer be permitted.
- The exhibition must be visited before the concert. We recommend arriving around 5:00 pm.
- The exhibition tour lasts approximately 45 minutes.
- There is no need to print your ticket.
- The museum reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings 5 minutes before the concert begins. For this reason, we recommend arriving at the ticket office 30 minutes in advance.
- For tickets purchased in advance: after 6:00 pm, refunds will no longer be available. If the ticket holder has not informed the venue before the concert about any delay or inability to attend, the tickets may be reassigned to another user from 6:00 pm onwards.
